I’m a little late in reviewing; I blame the heat!

I came to see Nicole for the first time last Thursday after having to delay my appointment day previously.
I was incredibly nervous and a bit apprehensive being my first time, although I needn’t have been.
Nicole went above and beyond to look into if the treatment was suitable for me due to other concerns. Giving me full confidence to not proceed if I didn’t feel sure or if I’d changed my mind; I did not feel pressured at any step of the way.

I also want to raise that through the whole process Nicole didn’t once mention anything that she thought needed attention.
Now I don’t mean this in a bad way, more the best way possible. She listened to my concerns for problem areas, reassured me that it wasn’t anything that needed “fixing” and that I was perfect as I am. Whilst still giving realistic input to what could be achieved and how we could go about achieving it.

At my appointment I felt incredibly relaxed despite the nerves. Clear step by steps of the process were given and all my questions were answered. I was encouraged to take breaks where I needed them and we went over the plan again just to be sure.
She checked in regularly with my wellbeing and encouraged me through the process.

Now even a week after Nicole has been very responsive, helpful and patient with me and my never ending questions.

I can honestly say this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have full confidence in Nicole and Glo Aesthetics and am excited to go back. I’ve recommended her to everyone who’s thinking of having some treatments and I’m wishing her business go from strength to strength as she deserves!

I can’t recommend Nicole enough! I recently had jaw filler, lip filler and softing of the lines with her honestly the results are absolutely amazing!! I have never felt so good!
